Charo specializes in crisis and corporate communications and stakeholder engagement. A highly experienced spokesperson, she has solid experience in brand campaigns, PR activations and CSR activities. Charo has held senior roles working across APAC markets with Cebu Pacific Air, Mondelēz International, Globe Telecom; and the Philippines’ Department of Finance, on top of having been a TV journalist. Intuitive and emphatic, Charo holds a Journalism degree from the University of the Philippines, an MBA from the Ateneo de Manila University, and is one of the top graduates of the Strategic Civil-Military Operations Course of the Armed Forces of the Philippines.
