A forward-thinking expert in digital media, Jenny holds a Masters degree in Communications and over the last 10 years has led CatchOn’s proprietary research projects, including 2005’s ‘Hong Kong Spa Consumer Report’ and the 2008 ‘China Spa Consumer Study’. As Director of New Media Strategies, Jenny creates detailed ready-to-go action plans to help you interact with target customers on social media platforms, monitor market sentiment and keep track of the competition.
